Seth Kennedy (Associate)

Seth Kennedy joined Oxfeld Cohen April & Wenocur as an associate in September 2025, with a decade of experience exclusively representing unions and benefit funds. He has extensive experience in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and enforcing them through arbitration, in both the private and public sectors, and has practiced before the National Labor Relations Board, New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission, and in both state and federal court. He has experience representing unions and employees in the building trades, freight-hauling, healthcare, and entertainment industries, as well as state, county, and municipal public employees and teachers.

Mr. Kennedy graduated with a BA with honors from Haverford College in 2012, and a JD magna cum laude from the IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law in 2015. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s and American Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Sections.
