Jeanna McGinnis (Associate)

Jeanna McGinnis is an attorney with a multidisciplinary background in business, finance, employment law, and advocacy. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of North Florida and began her career in finance and wealth management before entering the legal profession.

Jeanna earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she focused on employment and education-related legal issues. During law school, she interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and studied special education law, further developing her interest in workplace rights and public advocacy.

Since joining the firm in October 2025, Jeanna has represented unions in the public and private sectors across a wide range of professions. Her work includes representing members in discipline proceedings, grievances, pension benefits, negotiations, and litigation.
